Need to work with other photographers at the same event? The Collaborators feature on picsel lets you invite other creators, assign specific permissions, and maintain control over who can access what content.
What are collaborators?
Collaborators are other picsel users who can work with you on your events. Once they accept your invitation, they can view and manage the events you assign to them, upload photos and videos, and help you with administration, all under the permissions you define.
Permission types
There are two main permission levels:
Event Collaborator
- They only access specific events you assign to them
- Configurable permissions on a per-event basis
- Ideal for granular control
Full Access
- They can create events on your behalf
- Access to all your events
- They can manage other collaborators
- Perfect for trusted partners or assistants
Per-event permissions
For event collaborators you can assign:
- Upload content: They can upload photos and videos but cannot modify settings
- Full event access: Complete control over that specific event

Understanding my collaborators’ performance at events
If you have collaborators in your albums and want to know how many photos were sold and have a general summary of each album’s sales, you can do it from the album’s specific sales page. To access it, go to your album page, click the settings icon, and select “Sales”.
